You can reach these destinations and take a cab to the valley. By rail route, the nearest railway station is Kalka. You can travel till Kalka and then take a cab to Kinnaur.
There is no direct rail connectivity till Kinnaur so you have to take this route. If you are an air travel person, you can take a flight to the Jubbarhatti airport in Shimla. You need to take a cab from the airport till the valley, the distance is 267 km so it will take some time to reach the place.
