Terms and Conditions
All tours and bookings at Mahasu Travels will be entertained as per the below terms and conditions.
01Booking & Payment
- Booking amount will be non-refundable.
- Booking will only be entertained in case of availability on D-5 basis.
- No rooms are blocked at the time of sharing the quote; the same will be confirmed after receiving payment.
- Booking will be non-refundable in case it is made within 15 days of departure.
- Special payment/cancellation policy will be applicable during peak period.
02Pricing & Taxes
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- All given rates are on a per person basis.
- Service Tax shall be applicable over and above the package prices.
- In case of amendments in guest count, there will be a difference in the per person package price.
- The package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends (Black Out dates).
03Accommodation & Meals
- In case of unavailability in the given hotels, alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.
- A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
- Meals other than those specified in the inclusions will not be part of the package cost.
04Transportation
- Transportation/car service will be offered point to point as per the itinerary and not on a disposal basis.
- Car service will not be provided on leisure days/free days.
- A/C will not be operational in hilly areas.
05Inclusions & Services
- Entrance, activity, museum charges etc. are not included in the package unless specifically stated in the Inclusions section.
- Any unused services of the package will not be adjusted or refunded.
- Any modification to the tour has to be paid directly to the vendor/hotel before the tour ends.
06Cancellation & Liability
- Refund on cancellation strictly depends upon the cancellation policy.
- In case of natural calamities and force majeure circumstances which lead to a change in itinerary, hotel or other services, the customer will have to bear the cost.
- Mahasu Travels will not take responsibility for any awkward incident or mishappening during the tour, but will provide as much support as possible.
